INT-9916 Tunable Microwave Upconverter
Overview
The INT-9916 is a tunable microwave upconverter. It accepts an IF input
at 70 or 140 MHz and a bandwidth of 40 MHz and upconverts this to microwave with a tunable
center frequency of 5.8 to 6.9 GHz. A tunable YIG based synthesizer is used to generate
the microwave carrier. Its extremely low phase noise makes the INT-9916 an ideal
upconverter for digitally modulated IF signals such as 256 QAM. Tuning step size is 1 MHz.
The INT-9916 is enclosed in a half wide 1U (1.75" high) rack mount chassis, and
operates from either120 / 240 VAC 50/60 Hz AC power, or 9 18 VDC power.
